Welcome to the Wild Onion Website

Bob and Ruth DiGirolamo's American bakeshop and cafe closed on December 24 (the same day that their 2012 Bridgestone award arrived).

In just a few months, they can be found on the Ennis Road, opposite the Strand Hotel, where they will have a small retail bakery.

The Cafe may have closed, but Bob's baking continues.

Breads will include what you've enjoyed for his sandwiches but also specialty breads like rye, sour dough, olive, etc.

Cakes will include American Carrot Cake with cream cheese icing, Banana-Walnut, Chocolate-Spice, Cranberry-Orange, Chocolate-Walnut Brownie, Giant Cookies and Cookie Dough....plus Fudge.
